Manage the staff, budget and stage activities for the 6 event venues in Tacoma, which includes 3 active theaters Collaborated with the Broadway Center Director team and Board of Directors to plan and implement a strategic plan to guide the Broadway Center Worked closely with the Board of Directors on developing and implementing the Centennial Capital Improvement Plan Actively engaged in developing the Centennial Capital Improvement Plan, which is a $32 million plan to upgrade the ageing theaters and develop an outdoor performance space in the Park next to the theaters that would accommodate small local productions and be expandable to accommodate 2000 patrons for a national act. Worked with the owner of the Tacoma Armory to negotiate a management contract for the Broadway Center to develop the 20,000 square foot parade floor and associated spaces into an event center for all types of events and performances. Act as the Staff Lead on the Board of Director’s Facilities and Rental Committee Responsible for all building maintenance, including contracting and supervision of design engineers and vendors Over time took on the supervision of the Front of House staff, including House Manager, Volunteer Coordinator and Concessions Manager.
