    2012 - Responsible for the esports events held throughout Europe, from selection of partners, budgeting for event presence and operation of tournaments on-site.2013 - In cooperation with the ESL, acted as the Riot representative for the first LCS season. My team was responsible for developing the structure, format and goals of the professional league. Establishing the support needed in order to operate the shows and ensuring all necessary equipment, staff and resources were delivered to expectations.2016 - On-Site operations lead, esports player behaviour. In 2016 my focuses were on managing the Referee program which included budget proposal, hiring, training program and identifying areas for improvement. Esports Player Behaviour, working closely with the Player Behaviour team and individual players to ensure their conduct continues to represent themselves and the League to an exemplary standard.
