∙ Manage the State of Florida Pension System per L&B Realty Advisors’ contract ∙ Review and approve 20 entities’ 3rd party financial reports ∙ Review calculated waterfalls, minority interest, bank recs, data loads, contributions, distributions, CAM recs∙ Draft audit reports, review engagement letters, and oversee multiple year-end audits∙ Review and approve year-end budgets for all State of Florida Pension properties∙ Manage a team of 5 Accountants including but not limited to: training, mentoring, and perform year-end evaluations ∙ Work with acquisitions, portfolio management, and asset management daily∙ Train 3rd party operators on State of Florida Pension’s financial report templates∙ Book opening/closing entries for new acquisitions/dispositions, maintain COA, payscan approval∙ Maintain compliance and other requirements with lenders∙ Ensure all deadlines are met, including monthly and quarterly reports, and all other State of Florida Pension requirements∙ Coordinate with Treasury to open new bank accounts for new/existing entities∙ Work with our JV partners ensuring all equity is recorded accurately and up-to-date∙ Communicate/Collaborate with our JV and wholly-owned entity partners to work in their best interests

∙ Oversee Ops Accounting Department, managing 10 to 12 team members∙ Coordinate the external audit and lender reporting for all of our JV partners ∙ Hire and Train Senior/Staff Accountants∙ Review all renovation draws and construction-in-process invoices ∙ Track all construction-in-process invoices and reclass to fixed assets ∙ Manage 40 Mill Creek Properties, including Development & Acquisitions within multiple accounting systems∙ Work with Operations to create efficiencies with our Gift Card Program, Wire Form Template, Production Schedule, and Owner Reporting

∙ Responsible for the accounting cycle of 120 properties that comprised of $187M annually∙ Supervise and manage 7 Accountants∙ Directly comply with over 30 different lenders agreements, including line of credit∙ Oversee R&R and Cost Completion requests, depending on loan agreements∙ Maintain all property leases are signed, dated, and with correct amounts∙ Book Opening and Closing Entries, while also providing Sale Prorates∙ Manage SOC1, FAS 141, and year-end audit processes for our publicly traded REIT∙ Assist Treasury Manager with opening and closing bank accountants∙ Work with Asset Management team to put together budgets for all REIT properties∙ Review and approve yearly CAM reconciliations

∙ Responsible for the accounting cycle of 30 active/inactive multi-unit properties ∙ Manage 2 Senior Property Accountants and Interns∙ Coordinate and assist Owners, SVP, RM, PM, AM, ensuring accurate accounting records∙ Maintain and ensure all Owner’s Reports are executed by the expected due date∙ Comply with audit, tax, and management agreements ∙ Manage review and approval process for all check previews, wires, payroll, emergency checks, void/stop pay for compliance purposes

∙ Solely responsible for the accounting cycle/consolidation of 40 Star Concessions entities including restaurants & retail∙ Present store-by-store P&L for the CEO to review weekly∙ Oversaw the POS of $60M in store revenue integrated into Great Plains system daily∙ Collaborate with IT Department for Great Plains/SQL Server nightly backups and maintenance ∙ Manage SQL Server upgrade ∙ Negotiate new credit card transactions fees by merchant card ∙ Maximize the use of Great Plains for areas such as intercompany transactions and payroll∙ Create and submit budgets for stores in Great Plains∙ Automate manual process of mapping intercompany accounts in Great Plains, thereby eliminating an end of day of close activities∙ Prepare bi-weekly overtime reports on all full-time employees of Star Concessions∙ Pay sales, liquor, and franchise taxes to the State of Texas∙ Prepare daily cash flow analysis of revenue, costs, and expected payables
