Set all rollers and mechanical parts to manufacturers specs.Oversee and plan print run set up times for efficiencies with time sensitive client approvals. Conform and utilize G7 color management software. Commissioned 1st Manroland 900 Large Format Press in Canada . Trained by ManRoland U.S.A

Oversee daily production and quality standard . Conform to iso 9001 audits qc jobs running. Follow and conform to maintenance program including exchanging rollers, changing bearings, inspecting and lubricating all mechanical parts of the press.

Produced high quality printing which included limited edition art.Changed and set to spec all rollers to manufacturer requirements. Changed worn mechanical parts and also assisted with ordering parts.First pressmen to run state of the art Harris, K.B.A Mitsubishi large Format Offset Presses.
