I am pleased to bring my many years of experience in multiple facets of Information Technology to Paliton Networks as the Chief Solutions Architect. Whether our customers want to be "In the Cloud" have their own cloud or just want IT solution that fits them just right we have the experience to make it happen. As Chief Solutions Architect my job is to understand the big picture and just look at it. Understanding the customer's vision goes beyond the requirements. I want to know where the customer is and where they want to be. Together we build a road map to get them there.

At Everest, I am the Senior Transport Engineer and First CCIE. Everest is small company with a lot of talent on the verge of breaking through from our role as a highly specialized sub contractor into some prime business. As part of the transport services team on a major BRAC relocation project I was responsible for analyzing the requirements of customer mission programs and creating engineering plans to migrate the programs to a new technologically modern campus. For complex programs I was required to gather requirements, design architecture, develop test plans and test technologies in a production like lab environment. One of the most complex of the programs, the campus security system, encompassed nearly every services lane.I am currently lead project engineer for an IPTV and Digital Signage project involving over 800 displays in a large campus network. I've been a significant contributing engineer for an IP Based Physical Security system.

I was a Senior Network Design Engineer working on a project for a large Federal Agency building a new network to aide in the collaboration of information with other agencies in the same community.

Designed and built a computer network consisting of over 600 network devices, 300 servers, 15 storage arrays, 8000 workstations and 12,000 users. As a member the project team I lead the architecture of the network LAN and site to site VPN topology and assisted in its deployment and configuration. As an multi-disciplined IT engineer I also maintained siginificant influence on the design and configuration of the server and storage systems.

I developed and maintained a suite of program management support applications for the United States Postal Service POSY program. Among the applications I developed was an Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) Tacking System. ECPTS was used to track ECP status on a two billion dollar project to modernize the Postal Service’s Point of Sale cash register system. The application included a workflow approval process utilizing digital signatures and a direct messaging capability• I redesigned an application for the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to streamline the process for adding, deleting and modifying accounting codes for the Federal Budget. The reports generated by application were the framework of the entire Federal Budget system.
