Among the applications I developed was an Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) Tacking System. ECPTS was used to track ECP status on a two billion dollar project to modernize the Postal Service’s Point of Sale cash register system. The application included a workflow approval process utilizing digital signatures and a direct messaging capability• I redesigned an application for the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to streamline the process for adding, deleting and modifying accounting codes for the Federal Budget. The reports generated by application were the framework of the entire Federal Budget system.
