I was a representative between the Broward County Commission, City Commissions, City Managers and BSO on the development of the later implemented regional independent E911 Communications Center. I built relationships specifically surrounding the E911 Regional Communication programs as assigned by the Sheriff, Chief of Staff, Executive Director, and the Regional Director of Communications.I initiated, coordinated, and managed activities with considerable independence subject to review through conferences and written reports for the attainment of desired management objectives.
