Special Operations teams execute new assignments on a daily basis as operational enablers for all investigations across all FBI programs. The team is the primary reaction force for the field office to address emerging threats and priority cases utilizing ground and air-based assets. While team leader of a team of eight agents, I was responsible for acquiring threat intelligence to design daily operational plans, establishing priorities of the team, provide briefings on investigative results, ensuring team members operate safely and within policy, and serving as on-scene command during team operations. Special Operations teams specialize in surveillance, counter-surveillance, surreptitious evidence collection and specialized intelligence gathering. Team members receive specialized training and certification including tactical vehicle operation and vehicle close combat.

On the Cyber Task Force, I focused on international-based threats to national security. During this time I was the lead on classified projects working directly with the United States Intelligence Community and cooperating with agencies in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, The Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Czechia, Slovakia and Poland.

Leadership role as Attache and U.S. Diplomat at United States Embassy in Moscow, Russia- Represented the FBI and worked directly with Russian Special Services on cyber security, counterterrorism threats. - Represent the Department of Justice on Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties with the General Prosecutor's Office of Russia.- Member of the Foreign Liaison Officer Committee in partnership with United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Finland, Czech Republic, Poland, Norway among others who met monthly to review global security threats. - Provided security briefings to US-based private sector business travelers in Russia.

Cyber security threat hunter and investigator.- Led investigations into transnational computer intrusions.- Private sector partner engagement on sensitive information security issues. - Big data analysis of cyber security threats.

Leadership role as the FBI Counterterrorism JTTF Coordinator for multiple federal agencies in San Juan and the Caribbean.- Hosted and organized regular Counterterrorism briefings for executive management of approximately twenty Federal Caribbean government agencies.- Leadership responsibilities for Task Force personnel.

Lead investigator on Transnational Criminal Enterprise drug investigations and violent street gang investigations.- Was awarded for a 2008 Top Ten Gang investigation - Leadership experience operating mobile command posts during large scale takedowns.- Leadership experience on the Safe Streets Gang Task Force in a supervisory capacity.

Lead investigator on Criminal Enterprise Investigations of violent street gangs and Methamphetamine drug trafficking. - As the lead investigator, was named a top ten FBI gang case for 2007.- Transnational drug investigations.- Undercover drug investigations.

In a unique entrepreneurial opportunity within Microsoft I left Windows Server to start the Xbox.com web site in preparation for the first Xbox launch. Four years, seven site launches, sixteen international versions later, Xbox.com had thirty team members across the world, and had set new corporate standards in content management, product integration and a unified global brand. Once out of the start up stage, my role as Site Manager was the pivot point between content/messaging strategy and product development of the site. - Led the development and execution of sixteen global versions of the Xbox site which empowered international subsidiaries to manage their own content and promotions while adhering to a unified brand and site features. This drove down total cost to Microsoft and gave subsidiaries power never experienced before with other Microsoft web sites. - Oversaw international components in United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Canada, Japan, Korea, and Hong Kong which included travel for training and site implementation.- Drove the creation of one of the first content management systems at Microsoft, an initiative that later resulted in Microsoft acquiring Content Management Server. - Implemented customer management campaigns and drove communications to all worldwide users. - Successfully progressed through the start up stage, providing measurable results to Microsoft management and demonstrating the value of the product. This resulted in funding to hire a full web site team: Design, Development, Test, Content, Marketing.- During the start up stage, I wrote the site's code and administered the site through three versions of the product.

As Design Team Lead, I managed the design team responsible for User Education materials in the Windows Server product family. - Developed technical design plans for 8 Windows Server products.- Managed integration of multiple technical design products into Windows 2000, Microsoft's first integrated server product release. - Built technical expertise in server products through regular interviews and product reviews with subject matter experts.
