I work closely with brokers, claims examiners, and most importantly clients. Our objective is to provide a seamless implementation of occupational safety and health measures om a proactive basis. This is achieved through written program reviews, facility audits, training programs and by deploying a process driven physiological safety component. These physiological processes teach employees enhanced communications skills which ultimately identify and illuminate at risk behaviors. This is a new focus for me and I'm having a blast with it because it's quite simple. Minimum regulatory safety compliance standards will always be the foundation of safety, but I have evolved beyond consulting on just the minimum compliance standards. Never-the-less, I do possess significant compliance experience with CAL/OSHA, OSHA, DOT, CDC, EPA, NFPA, ANSI and CUPA. Developing and managing compliance driven safety management systems through boots on the ground or with the use of technology will always be a strong skill set of mine. My specialties are, workers compensation claims management, Cal/OSHA, OSHA and DOT compliance.
