RESPONSIBILITIES : To help develop initial concepts, market potential and opportunities; assist creation of written, fully developed concepts and business plans for the raising of initial funding; create company and product image, and strong corporate identity and awareness of product in the industry - through brochures, website, media, press releases, and related documents; verify that all info leaving the company is in a format that is professional and completely understandable by focused target market; actively manage marketing department functions to make certain they fully support operational departments in meeting departmental and corporate goals and objectives; coordinate brand strengthening activities as market successes occur; establish strong relations and support with distributors; develop detailed proposal formats and marketing materials to be used by distributors to demonstrate a high level of technical excellence and easier closing of sales; sourcing and developing government funding for technology/ conservation; coordination within head office management team, development of strong team spirit and work ethic.
