Sales Specialist
Current- Serving as a Team Captain since 2021 leading and mentoring a group of four other sales advisors.
- In home sales - travels to appointments and diagnoses water infiltration. Explains solutions/repair options to the customer demonstrating technology, using the company sales techniques to close the sale. Follows up.
- New advisor 'ride alongs': after undergoing in-house training, new advisors ride with me to provide them experience with real-time sales appointments.
- Work with Production Department to ensure installation goes smoothly.
- Meet with Field Inspectors and visit in-progress jobs.
- Attend monthly Sales Meetings
