Identified, reviewed, and understood 650+ evidentiary elements. Project received high marks and achieved re-certification at CMMI Maturity Level III.

• Provided policy technical writing services to company’s IT Policy department to update, delete, and create 28 policies. Recommended and implemented new IT policy structure with emphasis on simplicity and agility, grouping polices together within parent document to enable one primary source for all related policies. Updated policy documents to reflect current/trending technologies and enabled 24/7 updates by staff through creation of SharePoint system. • Assumed role as Senior Open-Source Maritime Analyst in facilitating company’s efforts to market maritime analysis capabilities in effort to win Homeland Security multi-million dollar contract. Conducted in-depth, 9-month analytical study of maritime piracy attacks in Caribbean and Atlantic maritime zones, reflecting hostile piracy zones and ports experiencing increased criminal activity. Study discovered two unique attempted maritime piracy events possibly related to terrorist groups. Efforts enabled company to maintain control of contract through 1st option year.

Senior Chief Petty Officer Served as Deputy Branch Chief for Office of Middle East at National Security Agency, supervising 125+ civilian/military personnel. Controlled $3.5M budget and evaluated up to 35 direct reports. Served as Cryptologic Technician and All-Source Analyst. Accomplishments:• Played important role in rescue of seven crew members from merchant vessel “Blue Dawn” near eastern U.S. coast by recognizing loud, cycling sound of emergency and distress frequency as automated alarm transmission from seaborne vessel.• Chosen to serve as Senior Enlisted Military Advisor for joint unit of National Security Agency civilian and Department of Defense military members from four services in response to 9/11 event. Created agile infrastructure enabling military members to integrate with civilian counterparts in providing intelligence support.
