I’m a Professional Speaker, Author, Life Coach, Adjunct Professor, and Mental Health advocate based out of Philly, PA. A graduate of Temple University, I speak to inspire others to move past the everyday mental obstacles that hold them back in their own lives. My ultimate goal is to help others find the light in their own lives, despite the darkness that lurks around every corner. Before we can move past the obstacles holding us back, we must first validate, and empathize with ourselves, and the troubles plaguing us. Then we can begin to build resilience, and learn to experience peace, even amidst the strongest storms life throws our way.My travels have taken me me across the country speaking in 38 different states, to over 150,000 people in the past six years. These audiences have ranged from high school and college students, to corporations and business professionals. In addition to my travels, I've been featured on Good Day Philadelphia Fox 29 News on multiple occasions, and have been an Executive Board Member for NSA (National Speaker Association) Philadelphia chapter for the past two years. In addition, my first book was released in March 2024.I offer a variety of different programs including keynote presentations, executive mental health leadership training, professional development workshops, leadership workshops for college students and collegiate leaders, and individual coaching. Throughout these programs, I use a practical approach of mindful strategies combined with a compassionate touch to help others validate their own feelings, and work towards moving past them. The goal for my workshops and keynotes, is to leave the audience and attendees feeling inspired to become the best version of themselves, while simultaneously equipping them with the proper mental health based strategies to get there. In addition to offering keynote speeches and workshops, I’m a Certified Life Coach with over six years of experience in helping individuals work through their own mental health obstacles. My coaching resume includes professional athletes, business leaders, college students, and anyone in between. My ultimate goal when coaching clients, is to bring forth inspiration from struggle.
