Scott Prephan is a highly successful and well-respected executive who has been heavily involved in the real estate industry for more than 25 years. He specializes in real estate investment and development, international business, consulting, mergers and acquisitions, business brokering, sales, and property management, and uses these skills every day to manage multiple businesses including Comlink Realty of which he is the President, and North Pacific Connections. His acumen for property investments coupled with a drive to connect sellers and investors through international markets has placed Prephan at the forefront of the most massive shift in real estate investing in contemporary times. Scott Prephan has been actively engaged with the real estate industry since 1990 when he decided to pursue real estate investing as a full-time career after working as a management consultant with Ernst and Young. After investing primarily in Ohio and Michigan, Scott has now expanded operations to Florida and China. To date Scott has founded fourteen companies primarily in the real estate domain but also including establishing a medical technology platform. Scott's work has been recognized by community and state leaders as well as by the New York Times and other national publications. Scott's portfolio of investments include waterfront development communities in Orlando and Naples Florida. Scott has also actively developed a waterfront community on Lake Erie in Ohio called Marblehead Estates. With offices throughout Florida, Ohio and now in Shanghai China, Scott has been able to grow his platform internationally and continues to pursue business development opportunities with international investors in areas beyond just real estate including the medical technology.
