Liaising with existing customers, providing technical advice, on line assistance and pre / post sale support.. Contacting potential customers to indentify and establish their measurement requirements. Costing and preparing individually tailored quotations to meet their needs, organising sales visits and CMM / software demonstrations..Negotiating new sales, agreeing payment terms, authorising invoicing, scheduling installation, organising the Service Engineers diary and arranging training..Design and build of the current company website (www.cmmsales.co.uk) including the day to day maintenance and updating using Wordpress.. Sub contract measurement / programme writing which involves measuring various components to customers instructions and producing tailor made programs for customers to ensure that they can use their co-ordinate measuring machines to their full potential. Using and updating the customer database on a regular basis to keep customer information / requirements current..Providing daily support and ensuring other QCT Application Engineers receive up to date training on the latest software which they can then pass on to our customers.. Constantly reviewing and updating all QCT sales literature.
