As Infrastructure Architect I am primarily responsible for the design and implementation of internal and public facing systems to achieve high performance and availability. These systems include:* Corporate IT systems* Hosted On-line Environment* Virtualisation and Storage* DR and BCAdditional to the design of these systems, I am responsible for the relationships with key vendors and partners, both new and existing.The systems to be designed are to fit within the company strategy and must the business objectives.

This role is responsible for managing a team of engineers to support the Production Environment. In being the senior, I work closely with the Engineering Department where I have been respoinsible for the Design and Implemention of new systems.

This role was a mid level Conferencing engineer. It dealt mostly with repeat and escalated faults. This role was also mixed across operations and project based engineering tasks.

As a Junior Engineer, I was responsible for the day to day operation of the Conferencing and reservation platforms. Typically I would be processing customer related fault tickets, dealing with Telco related faults and concerns.

Resposible for Diagnosing repeat and escalated faults for the Local Telephony and Pay TV Services. It also involved proactive network identification.

First Level Customer Support for Local Telephony and Pay TV.

This was my very first job since moving to Sydney. It was an IT based role where I would visit customer sites and repair or replace all areas of their IT equipment.
