I have personally negotiated 205 new and renewal lease transactions valued in excess of $14.3 million in rental income and participated in an additional 41 transactions valued in excess of $17.6 million in rental income.

As a Commercial Banking Portfolio Specialist I underwrote commercial loan products to companies with annual sales between $5 million and $250 million. As part of the underwriting process, I analyzed multiple clients' financial statements and condition and assessed their ability to repay any loan.
