A committed problem solver with over a decade of experience in the financial sector. Currently I am one of Equiniti’s Client Service Managers based in Scotland engaging with corporate clients from across the LSE, as well as the UK, and am responsible for the day to day delivery of registration services to a large portfolio. In addition I have oversight and project management of important tasks such as shareholder meetings and dividends, as well as client focus on larger corporate actionsPrior to this I was a Senior Customer Services Officer with Lloyds TSB Registrars dealing with queries and complaints from customers on the regulated Shareview Dealing platform. As such I was responsible for the investigation and resolution of individual customer complaints as well as monitoring trends on those received. Cases were always time critical and often sensitive. Outside of work I am an enthusiastic, but amateur!, naturalist and besides indulging a lifelong love of science have volunteered for the likes of the RSPB in practical support of their environmental concerns. I also indulge my creative side and can often be found making something, being very much a ‘Things to Make and Do’ person.
