I am responsible for the engineering, procurement, planning, development, and construction efforts for the SCT&E LNG liquefaction plant to be located on Monkey Island in Cameron Parish, Louisiana and I am a key contributor to the commercial evaluation and negotiations for all relevant EPC contracts.SCT&E LNG is developing a 12 mtpa natural gas liquefaction facility for the export of LNG globally. The project is planned as a tolling facility where the Company will liquefy its customers' natural gas and collect a fee for doing so. SCT&E LNG is poised to be one of the only LNG companies in the world with a 20-year fixed price on its natural gas feedstock for its natural gas liquefaction and LNG export facility. The LNG project will be comprised of:• Three liquefaction trains, each designed to produce approximately 4.0 mtpa of LNG• Three LNG storage tanks, depending on final engineering studies• Two shipping berths• Related facilities and equipmentSCT&E LNG signed four non-binding MOU’s for the sale of LNG from its future facilities to be constructed on Monkey Island. These MOU's represent billions of dollars in revenue and up to a 4.7 mtpa advancement toward the fulfillment of the Company’s liquefaction and export goals. Currently, the Company is actively negotiating offtake agreements for another 6.0 mtpa of its LNG.

The FPU shall have direct production and offloading capabilities and shall be capable of offloading crude from two separate drilling centers into dynamically positioned (DP) shuttle tankers sized for delivery to a US terminal facility. Keep plans updated as required Implement the common Project Execution Model and effects gate reviews. Establish timely index of project specific procedures, specifications, standards and effects and monitoring their implementation. Direct management of the budget, including contingencies, risk provisions and design allowance accounts.

* LNG and Gas Processing Process Design. I led a team developing process design and simulations of the APCI LNG liquefaction process for base-load LNG EPC projects. Participated in engineering, design construction and startup. Technical Account ManagerParticipated in projects lasting from one week to three months as the technical consultant for process design in support of the sales efforts. Projects typically involved management of one to three of the customer’s engineers in an effort to prove a concept. A successful project resulted in a sale of the software. Projects included but not limited to: - Detailed simulation of pressure relief systems and distillation columns. - Analysis of control system design and response of a chloralkali waste treatment facility, - Triple cell, multiple effect chloralkali production process. - Operator training simulators. - Integrated multi distillation column utility (waste recovery) section of a Linear Alkyl Benzene process. - Refinery main fractionator for relief studies.

After joining ProsysTech, the compnay was acquired by Aspen Technology. The duties I performed during this period were substantially similar to the description above for Aspen Technology.

Performed detailed line sizing, pump calcs and detailed equipment design for a surfactant / detergent manufacturing facility for Proctor & Gamble. My team developed PFDs, P&IDs, maintained line lists, equipment data sheets, and assisted with material take offs for the detailed design and construction phase. I worked on several similar projects including startup and commissioning.
