Manage the PM team executing the pipeline remediation program.

Responsible for life cycle of diverse natural gas projects to ensure projects are completed safely to the applicable standards, on time and within budget (meters, regulators, compressors, pipeline and facilities including new and modification of existing facilities). Project list available by request. - Develop detailed project scope and schedule identifying major costs and critical path items - Estimate AFE quality budgets for contractual agreements and project execution - Design and engineer facilities to applicable regulatory and contractual requirements - Acquire permits, easements, and workspace for project construction and future maintenance - Procure material (bidding, negotiating T&C, managing product quality, schedule and delivery) - Manage contractors required to complete project including vetting qualified contractors, hosting fair bidding process, facilitating contractual agreements, managing job execution and billing - Complete permanent project documentation for regulatory compliance - Sole authority for approval for all project costs

- Ensure service delivery for all drilling and measurement services in Mexico and Central America - Audit operations against internal standards and technical requirements - Investigate non-conformance events, implement remedial work plans and present findings to customers and upper management - Create, maintain, and improve organizational and individual work processes - Analyze historical data to track indicators, identify trends, and focus resources for improvement - Develop, implement, and communicate annual service delivery plan - Perform detailed risk assessments for upcoming projects and high profile jobs - Enforce internal and regulatory quality, health, safety, and environmental standards

- Coordinate measurements and logging while drilling services for onshore and offshore drilling rigs - Manage field personnel careers, development, performance reviews, and schedules - Develop customized service packages to meet client technical and financial objectives - Forecast revenue, equipment, and personnel to management team - Control contractor and personnel expenses - Invoice job tickets for multiple clients with various contracts - Submit job documentation within compliance of local regulations

- Provide measurements and logging while drilling Services onsite with cross-training in directional drilling services - Execute jobs on land rigs in East and South Texas during drilling operations (weeks to months onsite); additional jobs throughout US Onshore, Trinidad, Offshore Gulf of Mexico, and barges - Deliver reservoir evaluation data and well bore placement services to multiple clients - Communicate with client representatives and geologists, rig crews, sales team and management - Install, troubleshoot, ship/receive, and maintain inventory of onsite equipment and drilling tools. - Trained junior employees to perform all aspects of the job

- Resolved water quality problems in Aquaculture Laboratory - Execute all aspects of chronic and acute toxicity water testing - Monitor LC-50 tests - Maintenance of fresh and salt water aquaculture systems - Compliance with EPA Laboratory Standards
