• Redesigned how custom GE APM interface processed records to reduce occurrences of reprocessing records that was crashing the application when more than a couple thousand records were sent over a 10 minute time period
• Lead technical support for GE APM Calibration Manager Module along with general support duties for other modules troubleshooting Windows and Citrix issues
• Trained over 30 users in GE APM Calibration Module

• Collaborated with refinery personnel in the Maintenance and Reliability groups in support of various applications, fixing issues with applications and websites written in VB.NET and C#
• Collaborating with a team of IT Developers, Analysts, and Integrators to plan and execute a successful migration of IT solutions to a new data center
• Led a project to upgrade handheld devices, used at one of the refineries, and brought them in line with current standards
• Upgraded and tested multiple Windows XP applications to work in Windows 7
• Integrated recently purchased refinery into the Marathon application environment in both technical and lead roles on various parts of the project
