Catering Sales Manager responsible for all catering needs within the company. Additional responsibilities included: all client contact for special event and menu planning, maintaining client database (Caterease), increasing sales each month, reporting to Director of Operations & President, warm and cold sales calls, preparation of catering orders and arranging delivery, set-up and break-down of events when requested, training new and current employees on standards of catering orders, menu changes based on client request, and food pairing with selected wines, craft beers, and specialty beverages to increase catering sales.
