Evaluate, service, repair and install heating, ventilation, and air condition (HVAC) system components• Perform survey for home warrant contract on home appliances to included stoves, and water heaters• Troubleshooting plumbing leaks, slab leaks remove and replace faucet fixture and soft soldering lines • Tracing electrical malfunction from circuit breaker, light fixture, outlets and ground fault indicator plugs

Schedule contract vendors to complete apartment turnaround from move out to move in ready statues• Organize, inventory and ordering maintenance supplies for monthly and daily required for the property• HVAC repairs removing, replacing, servicing and brazing copper piping for an AC system components• Plumbing installing new copper piping, soft solder lines together, replacing water heater and elements

Modernizing apartments with new interior light fixtures, cabinets, blinds and appliances• HVAC retrofits recovering and recharging with new refringent and repairing older units• Plumbing, unclogging main drain, sinks and tubs, remove and replacing toilets, faucets• Electrical wiring, replacing circuit breakers, water heaters, wall outlets and light fixtures• Painting and repairing small dry wall holes needed in apartment turn arounds for leasing

• Upgrading and breaking out aircraft statue’s, after maintenance actions have been completed• Coordinate with maintenance back shop that are require to work on the aircraft during the day• Monitor parts ordered, sent to back shop for repair and generating cannibalization paperwork• Track and reports on aircraft that have time change, schedule and unscheduled maintenance

• Perform Pre Move Out inspection and Pre Move-In inspection for new residents• HVAC knowledge in servicing, remove, and installing of AC condenser units • Plumbing drain clean out, remove and replace faucet, pipes and other fixtures• Electrical work to include wiring, circuit breakers, wall outlets and light fixtures• Ordering supply’s for make ready’s, work orders and preventive maintenance

•Taking on an instructor role; using 15 years aircraft experience to train foreign military students into qualified technicians across their assigned specialties•Creating and executing lesson plans both in the classroom and on the aircraft, strictly evaluating their progress throughout their level 3 to level 5 training; signing off aircraft training records•Coordinate with operational flying squadron for on aircraft training with operational checks, and inspection and proficiency tasking evaluations required for up-grade training •Conducting training sessions on F-15 aircraft systems and all support equipment, while providing aircraft system expertise

•Reviewing flight course and weather patterns to determine how much fuel should be loaded on the plane•Direct the Pilot, Co-pilot and Boom operator of any problems, and during all abnormal and emergency checklists, monitoring the instruments / making any minor repairs, such as replacing fuses •Recording and monitoring aircraft systems ranging from hydraulic, fuel, electrical and air condition system during the flight, monitoring, reporting and making note of engine performance •Loading and verifying flight navigation points into the flight GPS unit and changing points during flight •Preformed preflight and safety operational checks to ensure aircraft was ready for daily flight requirement •Taking on a leadership role, overseeing a small team with full accountability for their ongoing training and development during their upgraded training schedules•Planning and executing launch, recovery and towing procedure for the F-15E model aircraft as well as aircraft winching procedures during aircraft recovery with engines running into shelter•Conducting in-depth pre, post and thru-flight inspections in accordance with daily flying schedules; resolving all issues as they arise including the removal replacement of hydraulic, electrical, fuel and engine system components; ensuring a full working / faultless condition•Responsible for keeping up to all maintenance and inspection schedules on the F-15E model plus the removal, installation and performance checking of Pratt and Whitney F-100- PW 229 engines•Overseeing the repair, maintenance and inspection of aircraft hydraulic, electrical and engine systems as well as servicing aircraft components systems including but not limited to hydraulics, aircraft oil, oxygen, nitrogen and fuel•Taking a lead role as the trainer and certifier of all phase inspection personal during in upgrade training as well as core tasking
