My primary responsibility is to drive high levels of service/ value add to our key customers to support their IT needs. Through a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service we work to create sales opportunites for ourselves and our vendors. I direct a team of operations and technical people to support our technology sales efforts in the territory.

I opened the Cleveland office and established a sales territory in Northern Ohio/ Western, PA. I also opened the Columbus office. I was responsible to grow the account base and create revenue for the company. Typically the territory was one fo the top producing territories in the company, I was rsponsible to create and nuture vendor relationships, develope.

My role at Logicalis was pretty much identical to what I do today at Blue Ally.Since we were more of a start up company, there was a geat deal of focus on adding new customers and growing the company.I was the third person to join the company at is inception and became a minority share holder in the business. I joined Schweber Elcetronics out of college which was eventually bought by Arrow Electronics, one of the largest technology distributors in the world today. I started as a Product manager assistant in the Semi conductor business. I eventually became a product manager at the Cleveland branch. I became the product manager for the computer products business.
