I install new hardwood as well as repairing existing flooring. The flooring also requires sanding and trimming. To finish a flooring application, I apply a very smooth and streak free urethane finish to seal and protect the floor. I am responsible for determining what tools will be needed for the job site and for loading said tools into the work vehicle. Once we are on site I ensure that everyone has the tools that are needed and that the work area is kept clean from un used tools and other debris.

I was over a team of 6 employees working at the Volkswagen site located at Enterprise South; I was responsible for keeping up with the amount of steel conduit used during each day and where it was ran. I kept up with all tools, lifts and other equipment used and who used them. If anyone needed any more equipment or steel conduit I would arrange for it to be purchased and/or sent to the team needing it as soon as possible.

I offered technical support for a variety of proprietary software applications developed by Innovative Software. I am able to give assistance to our customers over the phone and through direct connections to their computers. I also customized aspects of the applications to meet the customer's exact needs. I maintained a schedule of appointments and ensured that each customer was assisted in a timely fashion. I logged each phone call in order to have a record of the work that had been accomplished. I also tested and evaluated new software applications that were in the developmental stages of production.

In this position I took care of a number of the day to day operations in the theater. I was responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees. I was well trained in all of the operational and functional aspects of the various floor tasks. I was responsible for training new employees in their tasks as well as safety protocols. I kept a pleasant and friendly demeanor when dealing with guests and peers, to help ensure the guests' satisfaction.

At ARS I was responsible for data warehousing for the kmart.com and sears.com websites. I interfaced with the vendors of the products sold online. I coordinated the technical information, images, and product specifications for uploading to the web sites. I oversaw the electronics departments for two major projects.

While at Target, I was promoted twice and had one lateral position change in recognition of my efforts.
