• Served as administrator of the physical access control system (corporate production and NERC CIP environments for approximately 45 sites, using RS2 Access It! Enterprise).

• Served as on-site local IT support representative for several different locations, including Zimmer Generating Station, Erlanger District Office, Gibson Station, and East Bend Station.
• Provided customer support for plant personnel, including computer and server hardware and software; served as customer advocate between plant and corporate IT.
• Coordinated workstation refresh project for East Bend and Gibson Station, as well as printer optimization project for East Bend and Zimmer Stations.
