Served as administrator of the physical access control system (corporate production and NERC CIP environments for approximately 45 sites, using RS2 Access It! Enterprise). • Led integration of badging hardware for 12 additional plants during an acquisition. Including coordinating site discoveries, vendor evaluations, and selection, RFPs and bid award. Developed schedule around a moving timeline while waiting on FERC approval. Resulting in a successful integration on time and under budget.• Oversaw testing and deployment of new versions as well as end-user training and communication.• Maintained application and SQL database, created reports for end-users and implemented biometric authentication.Functioned as TagsPro LOTO safety system administrator for eight sites, including working with vendors to resolve issues, test, and deploy updated packages.Provided local IT support for Zimmer Station, helping to develop solutions to meet customer needs.• Implemented physical security changes for the station, including new badge readers, new turnstiles, access gates, security cameras, and intercoms.• Designed and implemented a new camera system for Zimmer Station for equipment and security monitoring.• Expanded site network infrastructure to support new camera installations, including purchasing and programming new switching hardware, and pulling and terminating new fiber-optic and Ethernet cable.• Provided server, computer, monitor, and printer support, end-user issue support, and PBX phone system support (Avaya DEFINITY AUDIX).• Implemented VMWare ESXi to deploy virtualize machines to consolidate hardware and reduce costs.
