I have led my organizations people and culture agenda, in partnership with my VP, in both Microsoft organizations that I have been in over the last four years. I am committed to the success of others through an ongoing commitment to mentoring, which I do to several individuals, both early in career and more senior level.I possess the ability to think geometrically, seeing both the overall picture and vision and being able to translate that vision into concrete plans to drive change and impact.
