Team formed to do holistic deep dive assessments of the entire storage environment for Western States customers experiencing ongoing issues or dissatisfied with some aspect of their storage, SAN, or hosts, Usually 3PAR but was performed on all Storage environments. . Can be a paid engagement but is more commonly contracted by HPE management or the HPE Service Experience Manager for The West Region to customers identified as good candidates.

2007-2015 - Joined the Southwest Storage District as a storage focused Mission Critical Hardware Specialist (MCHS). Team was created to provide focused support on large, highly visible Mission Critical Fortune 500 storage customers in the Southwestern U.S. The team provided a heavier focus on innovation, proactive activities and consulting. Developed, trained and rolled out the EVA and 3PAR Technical Reviews to America, Latin America and Canada. As part of an effort to improve 3PAR internal training after the acquisition I was chosen to go to the 3PAR Headquarters to deep dive in to 3PAR technology. The goal was take the knowledge and use it to train Storage SME's from Latin America so they could train trainers in their respective countries. Training materials developed from that effort resulted in my co-developing the training and lab materials that was adopted by HPE L&D world wide as the internal training curriculum for 3PAR Storage. Certified as a 3PAR instructor and trained part time. Invited to join HPE L&D Team to develop next generation 3PAR training.
