Business decisions were based on reporting that was provided and the Root Cause Analysis that was completed.

Led 5 Support Consultants and budget of $500,000 completing numerous reporting/software projects that made the QA team’s jobs easier and more efficient. Monitored performance, completed reviews, and directed priorities and development. Launched new tasking to run and build QA reporting for the Bankruptcy/Foreclosure QA teams.
