The primary function of my position is to direct safe and efficient operations by supervising, controlling and coordinating activities and plant evolutions with emphasis on safety and adherence to established regulations and standards of performance. My Primary Duties include:- Qualified Shift Manager, Assistant Shift Manager for operating crew.- Supervise, control, coordinate, and provide training on plant evolutions. - Coordinate and control maintenance and testing activities. - Administer Operations processes- Analyze complex plant activities and evolutions to provide proper operations focus and ensure error-free performance. - Ensure completion of scheduled activities. - Investigate off-normal system/plant status to correctly diagnose and correct problems.

On-shift supervisor at a high volume semiconductor manufacturing plant. Responsible for the performance management of the process sustaining and equipment maintenance teams. Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure optimal tool availability and performance.

Performed maintenance and calibrations on the reactor safety and control systems. Involved in schedule verification, parts procurement, equipment staging, and interaction with operations, engineering, and quality assurance personnel to ensure work completed to exact standards and specifications.

Responsible for the safe operation of the submarine’s nuclear and steam systems during steady state and casualty operations.
