My education and work experiences are as broad and varied as you may find. From paying for college by milking cows to C-level IT executive position at the University of Minnesota where I was responsible for a budget of over $27M per year and 170 IT professionals to entrepreneurial experience starting two different businesses to the care and counseling associated with being a congregational pastor. I love new challenges and opportunities to help organizations improve and become more efficient and effective in what they do, as well as help people to find satisfaction in their work and in their lives.
