The team comprises over 1,000 staff comprising engineers, project managers, safety professionals, analysts, and front line field staff.I have a deep understanding of the business and industry, built from my career at Endeavour Energy where I have held roles spanning asset management, system control, regulatory, retail and operations. I develop and maintain industry contacts across the country and internationally.The key transformational focus for the division includes improving safety culture through top down leadership combined with empowering our front line, enhancing asset management performance, implementing grid transformation to enable the energy transition, achieving a step change in the reliability of the network, and driving productivity and performance outcomes across the company for the benefit of our customers.

The division consists of 1200 frontline and professional staff with the task of delivering capital and operating programs totalling $400M. Responsibilities include line safety management, control of the network, program and project delivery, works scheduling, emergency response, contract management, the call centre and customer service. Challenges include development of a culture that is safety focused, customer centric and efficiency driven; leading a large organisational change and workplace reform agenda to deliver significant commercial benefits; improving the performance of Endeavour Energy through optimised use of internal and external resources; and improving the overall customer experience.
