- Java Developer: focused on application support/enhancement/bug fixes for a suite of legacy applications used across the enterprise.- Complex Enterprise environment containing J2EE, EJB, JMS, XML, Servlets, JAX-WS, JSP, Struts, Spring, Maven, WebLogic application server, Hudson, Web Methods/JMS for request queuing/data integration, DB2/AS400 back ends, along with Oracle Exadata and Microsoft SQL Server databases.- Application Owner; On-call after hours for Sev1 escalations or application outages. Provide troubleshooting and critical thinking to help resolve any issues or downtime. The goal is to minimize business impact and decrease application downtime.- Created ad hoc SQL queries for reporting/data analysis, depending on the constraints and requirements requested from the business. Routinely queried both Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases. - Lead Requirements Gathering initiatives between other lead BA’s and business stakeholders - ranging from six sigma black belts, managers, clients, and customers. Ensured these requirements were ‘signed off’ by the appropriate parties before declaring GO/NO-GO. - Created Technical Documentation for Application Runbooks, Installation-Validation-Backout (IVB’s) procedures for Change Management/Implementation teams, Solutions Requirements Documents, Master Test Plan, Secure Code Releases, Transition to Support documents, Right Answers for Service Desk, etc.- Vendor Management: worked with a SaaS vendor's. Acted as lead point of contact for the project, rolled out enterprise wide, involving multiple business stakeholders. Would facilitate the SDLC between client and the vendor, including future Upgrade plans, licensing costs, SOW and PO’s.
