Responsible for the squads strategy, day to day operation of the self service channels and prioritising the objectives and developing the vision and roadmap for the HBF Portal and App.

Overseeing all aspects of the Cyber and Digital programs at HBF. I provide guidance from the programs initiation, through to development and implementing key strategic program activities. Continually ensure that the programs are completed to high standards, within budget and that objectives are met. I manage a range of project teams using a variety of Agile and Waterfall techniques.
