ASC is Australia's largest specialised defence shipbuilding and maintenance organisation, with naval design and engineering resources unparalleled within Australia's defence industry. ASC is the maintainer of the Collins Class submarine and builder of the Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyer.As Legal Manager, I was responsible for ASC's Legal function across all areas of the business and legal disciplines, as well as general regulatory compliance in Australian and international jurisdictions.

As AWD Commercial Manger / Commercial Counsel I was ASC’s primary legal and commercial point of contact for all matters relating to the Air Warfare Destroyer (AWD) program. I worked closely with senior management to oversee contracting, general commercial and compliance matters relating to ASC’s AWD program interests.

The Elizabeth Bowey Lodge Foundation is a not for profit organisation set up to support EBL Disability Services, a provider of respite and other services to support carers of children with disabilities. I was a board member, and chairman of the foundation.

CII was a small private investment unit trust focused on property acquisition and development. I co-chaired the company, identifying and analysing investment opportunities for the company.
