CurrentI am a motivated professional with leadership proficiency and extensive experience in understanding and implementing the scientific and technological needs of organizations to meet business goals and develop strategic vision. In my most recent role as Vice President of Strategic Direction, I led an operational overhaul at the National Cybersecurity Center (NCC), making strategic decisions to pivot direction under multiple CEOs over 15 months to save costs and improve productivity. Specifically, I pioneered a strategic critical infrastructure initiative to strengthen US national preparedness and resilience, leveraging a novel AI approach to support the National Security Memo (NSM-22) for US critical Infrastructures. My overall strengths include leadership and motivational skills have been instrumental in my success. I am known for encouraging, engaging, and equipping others to solve meaningful hard problems. In recent years, I previously developed an initial space cybersecurity market strategy for Peraton, and while at Northrop, developed a first-of-its-kind space sensor from blank paper to launch and ops in under 24 months.
