With over 35 years in the retail management industry, I have developed all of the skills necessary to run a successful store or customer service department that not many can match. With a varied and colorful career in fields such as wearables, gourmet coffee and foods, jewelry, fine art, home furnishings, and consumer electronics, I feel at home in almost any setting. I Have won national awards for customer service with a philosophy of "Old School is the New School". I bring customer service to a level seen generations ago before chain stores existed (and so lost in today's society) and make it relevant in today's modern and ever changing World of retail. My management style is fun, upbeat, positive, and above all respectful and supportive of the employees I am entrusted to develop. I lead by example, and have found that positive reinforcement is a powerful motivator. I believe that integrity means doing the right thing, even when no-one is watching, and I live my life according to that principle. My work ethic is second to none, because I choose to love the work that I take on, and I expect the same from others.
