With over 12 years of experience in the electrical industry, I am a passionate and driven International Representative at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), the largest and most influential electrical union in North America. I am responsible for business development, and strategic partnerships with contractors, vendors, and customers across the IBEW 4th District, which covers Ohio, Kentucky, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. I leverage my skills in target market selling and strategic business development to promote the IBEW brand, values, and mission, and to increase the market share and membership of the union. Before joining the International Office, I served as the Business Manager and the President and Membership Development Director of IBEW Local 64, where I led the local's operations, finances, negotiations, organizing, and outreach. I am proud to be part of a team that empowers and advocates for the rights, benefits, and interests of electrical workers, and that strives to improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of the electrical industry.
