Provided reactive instrumentation maintenance services at the Pembina midstream NGL fractionation/storage plant. My responsibilities included:- Repairing, rebuilding, calibrating, and configuring control valves.- Troubleshooting and repairing all transmitter malfunctions from various manufacturers. Level, differential, flow, pressure, temperature, valve indicators, LEL detectors, H2S detectors, Oxygen detectors, Lead acetate H2S analyzer, and vibration. - Repairing actuators.- Repairing regulators.- Completing preventative maintenance tasks on all instrumentation equipment throughout the plant.- Building spreadsheets and documentation for all services provided and completed.- Assisted with other trades in repairing/troubleshooting issues at the plant.- Troubleshooting B.M.S. (Burner Management systems).- Familiar with Siemens PCS7 DCS/SIS PLC system.- Calibrating, completing PM's, and troubleshooting on ABB gas chromatography analyzers. ABB 2000 & 5000.- PS Analytical Online natural gas mercury analyzer.- Calibrating and troubleshooting CO/O2 stack analyzers.- Provided on-call support for operations.- Installed and setup temporary moisture analyzers.- Responsible for CEMS SICK In-situ extractive analyzer. Completed and aided audits on system.

I undertook a range of Construction and Preventative Maintenance tasks and ensured high standards and legislative compliance at all timesSome of the construction services I was responsible for were tubing and installing various sizes of tube on multiple applications. In addition I set-up, configured and calibrated all devices and completed all related documentation. I also pressure tested all constructions and installed in field and assisted with site start-ups, commissioned and troubleshot all devices and proved and verified flow meters.Key elements of my preventative maintenance tasks were site shut downs, proving flow meters and calibration checks on devices used in polymer production, distribution and oil production.I also supervised an apprentice and mentored him to achieve the best of his potential.
