● Field Work: Performed field verification of work locations to get accurate data such as checking theintegrity of poles and various measurements to aid designers with the designs.● Design: Designed various job types using BOUD such as OH reconductors, UG wire replacement, voltageregulators, fuse replacements and various other small jobs. Using other design tools such as Poleforeman,SEDS and CPA to aid in my design decisions.● Training/Mentor: Assisted in onboarding training for new designers to go through our processes and tools.I also mentored a couple of new designers to answer any question they have and to provide feedback ontheir work. Resulted in improving new designers' work and knowledge and helped me gain a betterunderstanding on best practices on training where they gain the most knowledge and understanding toimprove their work.● QA/QC: Review a variety of Designer’s work to make sure quality is met to meet the clients needs. This helps give new and updated resources to help new and currentdesigners have better job aids to further increase our quality of work.● Permits/Easements: Created site plans for permits and easements for review and to be submitted.Submitted easements and had regular site meetings with land agents and customers to explain the workbeing performed

 Logistics Optimization: Performed time studies on sequencers and forklifts to assist in optimization of internal logistics to help improve cycle times using Excel. Design: Designed and prototyped tooling to replace a current tooling fixture that holds the control arms in place. The device will be used to help reduce steps in the process and remove the use of separate tooling from the work area. Layout Optimization: Assisted in detailing the plant layout using AutoCAD. Inspected the facilities and adding missing components and made upgrades to organization racks. Resulted in an organized layout that increased productivity.

 Operations Optimization: Preformed time studies on automatic and manual operations and recorded down times. Additional time studies of operations were performed on a step by step basis to was for future line balancing, data was analyzed in Excel using pivot tables. Resulted in issues being fixed by maintenance or software debugging. Line Side Documentation: Created detailed work instructions for manual operations to assist operators in training and for documentation purposes. Balancing Optimization: Assisted in the creation of the Yamazumi by adding and detailing work content. (Used Excel pivot tables to analysis data to determine where bottlenecks occur, and which operations do not have as much runtime.) Resulted in a detailed list that can be used for analysis and line balancing.  Trial Parts Management: Worked with logistics to manage trial parts for production line. Used Excel to manage inventory and determine which parts are needed to run a fixed number of units. Spare Parts Inventory: Used VLOOKUP to extract part data for the production line to help maintenance organize and determine how many spare parts they should keep to repair the production line.
