Specializing in craft supplies, quilting fabric, scrapbooking, floral, gifts, seasonal, and home decorations, In the dynamic landscape of independent retail, I have been deeply involved in the creation and implementation of various systems alongside our employees and managers. My contributions have played a crucial role in shaping and refining the processes that drive Crafts Direct.Contributions I am proud to have made while in this role:•Developed and communicated SOP's for customer service, cashiers, finance, staffing, purchasing, pricing, warehousing, events, marketing, social media, e-commerce, and technology. Through the SOP's I developed, Crafts Direct revenue grew by 56% over 6 years.•Established and refined operational protocols for several e-commerce platforms, collaborating with various partners such as Shopify, Square, Websell, Shipstation, and Shipworks. Additionally, I devised strategies for product listing and fulfillment across multiple channels including E-Bay, Amazon FBA, and Amazon FBM.•Spearheaded the creation of a specialized product e-commerce platform, starting from scratch and achieving over $1 million in annual sales. Additionally, I orchestrated a remarkable 600% surge in Crafts Direct's online business a midst the pandemic, ensuring orders were processed and fulfilled within a swift 36-hour window•Oversaw all facets of business operations, including inventory and pricing management, financial planning, forecasting, e-commerce, marketing, social media and vendor relations. Streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.•Utilized analytical aptitude and Microsoft Office Suite to connect with SQL tables and the ERP system, resulting in the development of custom reports that enhanced efficiencies for product flow, storage, and replenishment in the warehouse environment.
