Scott Schmidtlein has over 15 years of experience in the construction and heavy machinery industry where he has led high performing sales and business development teams for multi-million-dollar companies. Scott has an aptitude for bringing people together to maximize growth and delivering on all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by utilizing lean methodologies and analytical-based metrics for YoY sales growth at each company that he has served in a directorship/senior role.He not only founded his own construction fleet management company but also led its first-year operations goal with over $5 Million in revenue and a successful exit (sale of the company). He also understands the high demand and expectations that he places on his sales team as he has had successful careers both as a sales rep and manager, and is currently the Regional Director of the Midwest Region for a private technology VC-backed company named in the Top 100 YC Companies by valuation for 2019 and 2020.Scott originally went to school for Dentistry at Washburn University - Topeka with majors in Biology and Chemistry. Instead of pursuing a career as a dentist he returned to his construction roots and joined the family business.
