CurrentDirector - Customized Energy Products and Services• Manage team responsible for developing and pricing new product and service offerings for customers interested in renewable generation, electric vehicle charging, microgrids, demand management, etc.,• Lead and/or collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative and profitable energy offerings• Achieve C Suite and Boad of Directors approvals for business cases and new offering launches • Consult with internal and external legal counsel to manage contractual, operational and regulatory risks◦ Work with regulators and IRS to ensure programs meets statutory requirements• Articulate value proposition of new offerings to small businesses, municipalities, industrials and commercial customers• Participate in vendor negotiations for over $500M in local/regional renewable projects• Contribute to corporate strategy development as a member of the 'Utility of the Future' committee• Represent company's partnership interests in multiple energy and economic development venture capital funds• Lead MGE's Joint Plant relationships for our fossil and renewable generation fleetsDirector - Finance & Business Planning• Managed the Finance, Joint Plant and Gas Energy Accounting departments• Indirectly managed Treasury, Shareholder Services, Payroll and Cash Processing functions• Managed creation of MGE financial forecasts (e.g., EPS, cash, strategic, ratings agency, etc., )• Performed due diligence on over $750M of utility scale generation projects• Led MGE's team in an acquisition of $130M of utility scale solar photovoltaic projects• Developed the business case and related pricing for popular community solar offering• Made capital structure, dividend policy and investment opportunity recommendations to CFO• Participated in annual debt rating agency meetings with CEO and CFO• Represented MGE at investor conferences• Presented to Board of Directors on numerous occasions
