Manage, promote, develop and service the RichardsApex product line of Metal Working process lubricants, associated products and services throughout the AustralAsian Region, in particular the Australian, Indian and Middle Eastern Markets. Through frequent travel to customers manufacturing locations (internationally and domestically) to provide technical support, recommend RichardsApex products for specific applications and develop relationships with key management and technical personnel from OEM suppliers and customers. Working closely with the RichardsApex R&D team to develop new and improve existing products to produce market leading products, through discussion and laboratory testing of outcomes and problems observed whilst visiting customer manufacturing locations. Management and organisation of trips to all international and domestic markets, including time management, expense and customer call reporting, solve technical customer problems, understand market trends, undertake business administrative work, including developing quotations and processing sales inquires, management and critique of RichardsApex representatives.In addition occasional responsibilities include management of product trials, plant start-ups and other projects as well as operating forklift to load and unload trucks and containers with RichardsApex products.

Coppabella Qld, Singleton Nsw

Starting at Carborough Downs Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP) (Coppabella, QLD) working shift work (7 days on, 7 days off, day and night shifts) with the crew for 2 months, learning how to operate and maintain the CHPP. This included process equipment optimisation, product quality control, laboratory analysis, control room operation, breakdown repair, collecting metal detects and housekeeping.Management and implementing of process improvement projects followed at Carborough Downs CHPP for the remained of 2012. The main project for the year was Flotation improvement where a 2% increase in yield was delivered with no budget. Steps involved in completing these process improvement projects were;• troubleshooting and root cause investigations, • development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)• developing solution designs (Excel, LIMN), • completing risk assessments and job safety analyses, • ordering of materials and parts, • scheduling and helping to make changes• technical supervision of commissioning of changesDevelopment of relationships between the operators, contractors, management and maintenance personal was critical to ensure the success of the projects.Other work involved time spent in Brisbane, QLD with the Technical Services Department, reviewing contractor designs for capital projects and meeting suppliers to inspect and determine the correct equipment to use.Rotating to Integra CHPP (Singleton, NSW) at the start of 2013 saw the continuation of managing and implementing process improvement projects as well as working with the site Technical Services Department on Mine planning. Other work included helping the Geologists with reconciliation and CHPP yield determination.
