I apply an individualized approach to preparing physique athletes for the big stage. We place the primary emphasis on proper nutrition which 99% of even the competitive bodybuilding population lacks. Secondarily we focus on creating a beautiful physique via muscle balance and symmetry by extra work on some muscle groups and perhaps less work on others. But we don't just want to create visually pretty balance, we want to create functional balance as well so your exercise translates into real life improved performance and optimal health. The final pillar of the program I have created is based on stage presence, posing, the way you present yourself on that stage. You work so hard for months, maybe years to create a flawless physique so don't display it in such a way that doesn't flatter your individual look. All of this from the nutrition content, timing, lifting, cardio, supplementation, and presentation are very much customized and cant ever be once size fits all which is why I think our athletes have had so much success.We pride ourselves on customer service and same day callbacks or texts. Each competitor (Or online/nutrition client) is sent a 10 question survey to judge me on my performance after the experience is over for the season. We have had nothing but great feedback so far.
