Law Enforcement Officer for the Town of Wilton. From 2000 - 2005 I was assigned to the Youth Division as a School Resource Officer. The assignment required me to work with K-12 students and faculty as a liaison to the police department. The position also required the investigation of crimes committed in the schools and involving juveniles. I have also prepared lesson plans and taught lessons at the high school level.From 2005 - present I was assigned as a detective in the general investigation unit to include burglary, robbery, sex assault, assaults, and homicides. I have a specialty in crime scene investigations, digital forensics, and evidence processing.During this time I was a certified Law Enforcement Instructor for the State of Connecticut. My lessons were on topics of Crime Scene Investigation, Digital Forensic Investigations, and Crime Scene Forensics.From 2009 - 2012 I was loaned out the Connecticut Intelligence Center as a Regional Liaison Officer to the Fairfield County area. This position was under the assignment with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Connecticut State Police. I was responsible to reviewing and distributing information pertaining to criminal incidents and terrorism occurring within the State of Connecticut or the United States of America.
