With over 35 years of experience in the retail industry, I am an operations manager who leads teams and processes to deliver quality and service standards, and to support the mission and vision of the organization. I recently oversaw the operations and staff of Revive Consignment, a church-based consignment store.In this role, I have hired and developed a team that can handle the challenges of operating a consignment store while upholding the values and goals of Revive. I have also evaluated and analyzed the business and derived solutions to help it survive and thrive in the competitive and changing market. I enjoy working with and through others to achieve results that seem unlikely or impossible, and watching them grow and achieve their personal and professional objectives.
