• Review orders for fraud and cancel as needed• Process credit card reauthorizations• Process reroute and hold requests for UPS shipments

• Process customer refunds globally • Research failed payments and determine appropriate steps to resolve • Calculate and process mass credits for AppleCare agreement refunds administered through cell phone carriers • Perform user acceptance testing for global initiatives

• Review and analyze complex blocked orders to detect fraud and determine appropriate next steps • Cancel fraudulent orders and serve as point of contact between customers, credit card issuers, and shipping carriers when necessary • Resolve card payment issues globally on behalf of AppleCare • Implement a global chargeback process • Analyze chargebacks for defense • Refine processes and write accompanying documentation • Provide training, support, and quality assurance to vendor partners

• Provide customer support for repair-related issues • Process address updates on in-transit shipments • Act as liaison between customers, shipping carriers, and Apple Logistics on computers reported lost during shipment

• Contact customers regarding past due credit card accounts• Process customer payments

• Provide leadership to team members • Fill customer orders for deli meats and cheeses • Rotate inventory and maintain food safety

• Receive and distribute inbound parcels and unpack pallets• Scan unsold inventory from stock and return to distributors• Provide register and info desk customer support.
