After more than two successful decades in the automotive sales industry, stepping into the role of Pre-Owned Manager to lead the BMW Pre-Owned department was a natural progression. My results-oriented approach to closing deals and customer service, along with my expertise in vehicle appraisal and negotiation, professionalism, communication skills, and team leadership, has driven highly effective and successful outcomes for the entire department.

Due to my strengths and experience in all aspects of both the Business Office and Pre-Owned Sales, I was offered this unique hybrid role, which enabled me to take a customer through the entire sales, financing and delivery process from start to finish.

As a seasoned sales professional, I relished the opportunity to broaden my skillset and and learn all the "F&I" (Finance and Insurance) ins and outs of the Business Office, which also included products such as extended warranties, paint and chip protection and window tinting. Once the sales consultant introduced their deal to me, I was responsible for analyzing all available financing options, assisting customers in making the best financing decision for them, as well as ensuring all documentation and loan requirements were compliant.

With my passion for the BMW brand, securing a Pre-Owned Sales role at the city's flagship BMW dealership was the logical next step to further my career.
