Scott Shaw joined Ferag America in Oct 2024 as Director of Project Management. His role focuses on overall management of projects from inception to the completion of the project.Scott grew up in military family and has lived in 15 different states. Scott attended the University of Nebraska studying Mechanical Engineering.Prior to working with Ferag America, Scott’s career started in 1985 as a mechanical engineer working on a drafting table. Scott’s career with that company would span 20 years moving up through the ranks from mechanical engineer, project engineer to senior project manager.Scott also spent 10 years as a Project Manager working with the DHS and the TSA installing airport security/ screening systems. Scott was the Project Manager of the baggage handling team that installed the world’s largest baggage screening systems at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.Scott spends his leisure time cycling with a local club and playing drums in a competitive Bag Pipe Band.
