Several years of management experience. Earlier 2024 while working as a team leader at Primary Connect Hoppers Crossing, I temporarilyassumed the responsibilities of our safety lead. During this brief period, I realizedmy deep-seated passion for safety and found immense satisfaction in the role. I was also recentlypresented with the opportunity to finalize HEMP documentation, a project that was new to me. Ifound the challenge of completing this project enjoyable.The safety lead role resonates strongly with my professional aspirations, presenting an excitingopportunity. I am confident that my problem-solving skills, keen observation, and effectivecommunication abilities would serve me well in this capacity.
